"Caresse came highly recommended from a friend who knew I had some more growth to do to fulfill my goals in life. I had already started my mental and physical health journey but wanted help with alcohol consumption, and anxiety. I workout and eat right, but only had a therapist for 3 sessions because it was not a good fit. I was happy to have the opportunity to have Caresse come into my life at this time!
I really enjoyed having our sessions online. This made it so much less stressful for me. I absolutely love the breath work she taught and started our sessions with. It helps build connection and regulate the body before diving into it. She is very good at identifying the feelings I am having when I can't explain them. And asking the right questions to get my brain to process even further on those feelings. This also is how she helped me find triggers in my life and built a "tool box" for me to handle them.
I found it absolutely key that she writes you an email with all our talking points in it. It's easy to reference again if you're falling back, or need a reminder.
I learned so much about what makes me feel the urge to drink and how to pin it down. A lot of stuff came from a rough childhood and bad coping mechanisms. Caresse helped work through all of that with me which has helped tremendously not to go overboard with alcohol since our sessions. Her breathing techniques shared, and body check ins have come in handy in more than just this aspect of my life. I have found myself using my "tool box" daily in life, work, and play.
After our 3rd session I felt like I was at a place where we could start working on relationships that I felt needed attention. She gave me great insight to my situation. Having Caresse looking in from the outside enabled me to find more understanding in what was going on and make sense out of it. On a human level. Setting boundaries, and keeping them is one thing I struggled with which induced anxiety. She made me realize that is what I need to be doing! I've implemented this and things have gotten easier.
I have already recommended Caresse to a family member who has gone through a tough breakup, loss of job, and death in the family all within a short time. However, I would highly recommend Caresse to anyone looking to grow and heal. I thought I was pretty good since I had been working so hard already, but my time with Caresse showed me I could be even better! So thankful for her."

"Before coaching I had a lot of knowledge about lifestyle changes and ideas of how to change but still felt stuck. Now that I am working with Caresse I have the ability to walk through my ideas of how to start these changes. She has provided me with nutritional additives I can add into our routine meals to pack more purposeful fibers and proteins in.
The recaps have helped to be a good touch back for myself to remember what we discussed.It's been great to hear and feel that I have the knowledge and I can make these changes. Her ability to help me pull out information that is hidden in my knowledge base is fantastic. I love that even on days where I feel like I didn't stick to the plan and I'd rather not admit it to her, I always walk away so happy and filled from our session. Benefits I gained are accountability, but in a positive manner.
Normally I can feel accountability to be a negative but these session have brought positivity to that word. I believe the longer we continue this, we will explore more into myself to help improve my lifestyle change not only by the food aspect but in mentally, physically and nutritionally.
New insights I’ve gained are diving more into the gut heath. Providing the different information about gut health. I would recommend her coaching to friends and family that are searching for more and feel like no one is really helping them."
