A popular topic of discussion these days in the health and wellness world is detoxification. One can get caught up in the many venues or paths of detoxing. Heavy metal cleanse, parasite cleanse, and liver cleanses are popular programs to partake.


But how do you know if you need to detox? 


Common symptoms of inflammation can include;

Fatigue

Pain

Swelling

Bloating

Brain fog

Skin flare ups

Poor sleep quality


Just to name a few.


The truth is our modern society and environment is unfortunately bombarded with toxins. From our drinking water to our food, our air quality to our home cleaners and fragrances. Toxins enter our body daily. 


Routes of entry can include our breath, skin and our mouth. Whether we breathe in, ingest or come in contact with various poisons, our body takes the hit.

  3. Limit your intake of processed foods
